Process when buying:

1. Use shopping basket to create and submit order.

2. Pay full invoice amount into Erasmus Foods account, using the order and your membership numbers as reference. The account details are:Proziset(Pty)

251345. Remember to use your invoice and member numbers as reference!!

3. Orders will only be processed when fully paid.

4. If you are in a daily delivery zone or collecting the order from a collection point, the order will be ready 24 hours from when you receive your e-mail confirming receipt of payment. This confirmation e-mail is generated as soon as your payment reflects as available in our account. Cash deposits are normally available the same day, but electronic transfers or EFT?s might take up to 72 hours.

5. If the customer uses our delivery service and he/she is not at the delivery address, supplied by you on our system, during the hours of delivery an additional fee will be charged! If deliveries failed more than twice simultaneously the customer will be removed from such service.

All you need to do afterwards is enjoy!
